Cook the vegetables: Add the remaining 1 tablespoon oil to the wok/skillet. Add the sliced carrots and broccoli and cook 5 minutes. If the pan gets too dry, add 1-2 tablespoons water to keep everything from sticking. Add the sauce to the vegetables and cook another 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens and caramelises.
Place the beef in a 6 quart crock pot. Place sliced onions on top and pour the teriyaki sauce over the top of the beef. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Serve warm over rice and enjoy!
3/4 cup gluten-free teriyaki sauce. I use this brand. 1 large white onion, chopped. 4 garlic cloves, chopped. 1 tsp ground ginger. 1 tsp high-heat vegetable oil. Add the chicken to your slow cooker, along with the onion, garlic, and ground ginger, and then pour the teriyaki sauce over all the ingredients. Give everything a quick mix before.
Instructions. Place chicken in bottom of a crock pot. Sprinkle onion soup mix and garlic salt over chicken. Pour salad dressing and water over chicken, turning to coat. Cook chicken on high 4 hours or low 8 hours. Open hamburger buns and top bottom bun with a slice of swiss cheese.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Saute onion and broccoli for 3-4 minutes, until it begins to soften. (Feel free to cover the pan to help steam the broccoli.) Add sliced mini peppers and cooked chopped chicken, continuing to cook for 1-2 minutes until chicken is warmed through.

Instructions. In a large pot of boiling water, add Yaki-Soba until loosened, about 1-2 minutes; drain well. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and 1/4 cup water; set aside. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, honey and 1 cup water; bring to a simmer.

Cook on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is fork tender. Shred and cook for 30 more minutes without the lid on to thicken up the sauce.
